Order Cancellation

Once your order has been shipped, we're unable to cancel or alter the order, address, or delivery destination, as it will be in the hands of our couriers.
Returns
Our return window is 30 days from the date your order arrives at your address.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return and the cost of postage back to us is the responsibility of the customer.
Defective Products
If you find that your product is broken, defective, or not as described please contact us at james@james-j-white.com.
We may request evidence of the defect, but we'll make every effort to keep the process as smooth as possible for you!
Refunds
If you receive a product that doesn’t meet your expectations, we will aim to provide a replacement. If a replacement isn't suitable, we will issue a full refund in return of the original item. The cost of postage lies with the customer.
